Medical Massage

Medical & sports massage is outcome-based, meaning the goal is to help with chronic pain, injury, muscle (health) function, as well as reduce inflammation, improve circulation, relieve nerve compression, improve digestion, increase flexibility and/or treat other health care concerns. These sessions use more complex body work techniques then a "SPA" relaxation session.

Polarity therapy, or “energy medicine,” is an alternative form of touch therapy that uses a combination of eastern and western techniques. These techniques revolve around the flow and balance of energy within the human body and mind.

A defining model for energy medicine, polarity training teaches that disease, pain, and stress result from underlying energy imbalances in our body, mind, and spirit. These imbalances are connected to one’s balance in life and overall flow of energy.


Michelle Reilly LMT graduated from the Helma Institute in 2005 She taught Massage at Hudson Valley School of Massage for a few years and has work in a few high-end spas like the Emerson and the River Rock but Michelle’s real love is medical massage! From 2011 to present she has worked in the medical field with a physical therapist or chiropractor. She enjoys the medical aspect of massage therapy.

Michelle had a a few years of working with Hospice of Orange County and took Oncology Massage in 2009.
